Week 2 – Slot 3: Seacret Mud & Glitter Bath Edition

✨ Skincare Flow

Step 1 – Face Cleanser Start

Lumin Charcoal Facial Cleanser

Begin shower with wet face
Apply cleanser and massage with silicone facial scrubber
Rinse thoroughly

Step 2 – Shampoo Phase

Amos Professional - The Green Tea Shampoo Moisturizing

Apply to scalp, use Nubrush for deep cleansing
Leave shampoo in while continuing steps

Step 3 – Conditioner Phase

Amos Professional - The Green Tea Moisturizing Pack

Apply through hair
Leave in throughout rest of shower

Step 4 – Gentle Body Cleanse

Illiyoon Ceramide Ato 6.0 Top to Toe Wash

Lather gently over body
Use silicone body scrubber to polish lightly
Rinse off wash (leave conditioner in)

Step 5 – Full Body Exfoliation – Mud Application

Seacret Mineral-Rich Body Mud

Apply generously to entire body (avoid face + irritated areas)
Let sit for 15 minutes
Rinse thoroughly with warm water
This concludes the body exfoliation phase

Step 6 – Rinse & Wrap

Rinse out conditioner from hair
Exit shower (no body lotion used here)

🌊 Bath Ritual

Step 7 – Glitter Bath Bomb Soak

Lush Bath Bomb (Glitter variant)

Fill bath with warm water and drop in the bath bomb
Soak for 30–45 minutes to relax muscles and enhance hydration
Optional: play calming music or use aromatherapy diffuser

🧔 Post-Bath Routine

Step 8 – Lip Exfoliation

Frank Body Lip Scrub (Coffee)

Apply generously over basin
Dissolve gently with tongue/saliva
Rinse when ready

Step 9 – Oral Care

Colgate Optic White Toothpaste

Brush with electric toothbrush
Rinse & gargle

Step 10 – Face Exfoliation / Toner Close

Alpha-H Liquid Gold

Apply gently with fingers or cotton pad to clean face
Do not rinse
No moisturizer, serum, or mask follows

Step 11 – Body Lotion Lock-In

Sukin Hydrating Body Lotion (Signature Scent)

Apply generously to dry skin after bath
Massage in until absorbed
