Begin shower with a wet face
Apply cleanser directly
Use the silicone facial scrubber to polish gently
Rinse off thoroughly
Step 2 – Shampoo Prep
Amos Professional - The Green Tea Shampoo Moisturizing
Apply shampoo to scalp
Use Nubrush to massage thoroughly
Leave shampoo in
Step 3 – Body & Foot Exfoliation
Sukin Invigoration Body Scrub (White Tea & Jasmine)
Exfoliate entire body with dry scrub
Use wet silicone body scrubber to polish
Repeat for feet, targeting heels, edges, in-between toes
Rinse off body & shampoo
Step 4 – Conditioner Phase

Apply through hair
Leave in during next steps
Step 5 – Gentle Body Cleanse
Illiyoon Ceramide Ato 6.0 Top to Toe Wash
Lather across the whole body
Use silicone body scrubber to lightly polish
Rinse body wash only (leave conditioner)
Step 6 – Wet Body Lotion Treatment
Sukin Hydrating Body Lotion
Apply generously to wet skin
Let sit for 10 minutes
Rinse off with the conditioner
End of shower phase

Pat face dry
Apply evenly across the face
Leave on for 20 minutes
Rinse off with warm water

Work into lips over basin
